We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@peakhomefit.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
RDXSports
you can exchange your item or request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If you have not received your order, you also have 30 days to submit a claim. Additionally, every RDX Sports product comes with a 90-day warranty.
Return Information
- Unopened Items
You may return any unopened products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition. Note that delivery charges are non-refundable and will be the customer's responsibility.
- Opened Items
Opened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please return the item in saleable condition, including original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs will not be refunded if applicable.
- Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse the item upon delivery, it will be processed under our standard return policy. Shipping costs will not be refunded if applicable.
- Change of mind
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you can do so within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be the customer's responsibility.
- Ordered by Mistake
If you placed an order by mistake, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded and will be covered by the customer.
- Damaged Products
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us as soon as possible and provide pictures highlighting the defect. We will process an appropriate claim and arrange for an exchange.
- Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with photos of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. All returns are subject to inspection prior to issuing a credit or refund. Shipping costs will be refunded if applicable in the case of a refund.

Items returned for refund or exchange must include original documentation and a return form. Please specify the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to inspection prior to issuing credit or a refund.
- Warranty Information
Our Limited Warranty applies to any item purchased from RDX Sports.
- What is Covered?
The Limited Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. We will replace defective products or parts at no charge during this period.
- Warranty Duration
The Warranty Period for products purchased from RDX Sports is 90 days from the date of delivery. Replacements or parts will assume the remaining warranty of the original product.
- What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover issues caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from material and workmanship.

- Free Return Shipping Labels
We will provide a free return shipping label in the following circumstances
- Different product received (images required)
- Wrong color received (images required)
- Wrong size received (images required)
- Customer canceled but item was dispatched
- Item not as described (please specify reason)
- No Free Return Shipping Labels
We will not provide a free return shipping label in the following cases:
- Canceled order once dispatched
- Change of mind
- Ordered by mistake
- Wrong size/color ordered
For heavy items, collection fees will be the customer's responsibility if the customer is at fault.
Hygiene Note
Please note that groin guards and mouth guards cannot be returned or exchanged after use for hygienic reasons.

Return Policy Guidelines
- Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.
- White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
- Only orders in the contiguous US - It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders or international orders.
- Financing Fees are non-refundable. These range from 10%-15%.
- A restocking fee of 20% will be added for any returns within 30 days of purchase.
How do I return my product?
The 30-day time frame for acceptance of returning merchandise starts from the delivery date of the product. The return process is simple. Just contact info@peakhomefit.com to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.
Cancellations
All canceled orders are subject to your cc fees (3%) or if financed through Affirm then it is a 5% fee, which are non-refundable plus a $20 processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees associated. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Domestic (US customers)
- If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost.
- You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 30% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. Please note that the original shipping cost is not refundable. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.
- Accessories and Wears are not eligible for returns. If accessories or wears arrive damaged please contact info@peakhomefit.com.
- Any and all modifications to any products not authorized in writing by Ice Barrel Inc. are not eligible for returns and will be void from warranties.
International customers (outside of US)
We do not accept any international returns.
Return Process
Domestic (US customers)
- Please contact info@peakhomefit.com for a return shipping label within 30 days of the order date.
- Shipment will be scheduled for pick up within 2-5 days of the label being sent. A party must be present for pickup.
- Once the product is received it will be inspected, if the return is accepted a refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks. The original payment method will be refunded less the 30% restocking fee.
Cancellations
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing us.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Shipped” stage. Once it has entered the Shipped stage, the order may not be canceled. The entire order must be canceled, you can not cancel specific items. To cancel an order, please contact info@peakhoemfit.com. If your order is eligible to be canceled, we will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation.
Cancellation fee: A cancellation fee of 4% will be applied to all orders cancelled. This fee covers processing, handling, and inventory replenishment costs.
Return option: If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved to the “Shipped” stage, you may return it as long as it meets the criteria listed above in our Return Policy.
Communication of fees: All applicable fees, including the cancellation fee, will be clearly communicated to you before confirming the cancellation.
Exchange policy: We do not offer any product exchanges.
